As a Residential Connectivity Sales Specialist, you’ll meet customers right where they live and go into the office when needed. If you are goal-oriented and willing to work hard, you will thrive in this role.
Every day offers the opportunity to work outside, own your schedule, and embrace your entrepreneurial spirit. Flexibility is key, as you will work evenings and weekends (which is when our customers are home). When you connect customers with our exceptional products and services, you'll earn a competitive base salary and be eligible for uncapped sales commissions and performance bonuses.

You're going to be prepared for anything that the field is going to throw at you that day.
A typical day you definitely have to start with the weather.
It may rain in the morning.
Sometimes there's traffic.
If it's really sunny bring enough water. You definitely have to get your running shoes out.

Carve out at least 40 to 50 doors within your day. The best asset is your time. I bring the commercial straight to your doorstep.
A commercial that you can just interact with.
Qualities that are good are positive energy.
Outgoing, friendly.
Able to gauge and to read people.
They look for solutions.
Smile. Smiling is addictive.
With Spectrum, they give you all the tools to be successful and you take those tools and make something out of it.
Your sale is not going to be behind every door. You gotta find the opportunity to make them believe in the product that you're selling.
If you're scared to meet new people this wouldn't be a good opportunity.
