Be part of the connection: You gather data from multiple sources and analyze complex business operations to provide improvement strategies. You align business functions and organizational goals through a detailed understanding of our structure, policies and operations. How you can make a difference:
Work with stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational goals.
Compile, analyze, interpret and present complex data to propose new strategies for current and future business changes.
Develop project improvement scopes by identifying phases, elements, personnel requirements and costs.
Assess trends and develop actionable insights based on an analysis of external market dynamics and other data sources.
Leverage new technology or alternative uses of existing technology to improve solutions results.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise Required qualifications:
Experience: Two or more years of business analysis or related experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
Skills: Expert in analyzing and interpreting data for multiple projects simultaneously; Effective prioritization, organizational and English communication skills.
Abilities: Ability to work independently in a collaborative, dynamic team environment
Preferred qualifications:
Strong background knowledge of voice services, including the systems that support them and the processes required to fulfill voice service orders.
Experience in writing process-related artifacts.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in voice services.
The ability to understand and explore complex situations in high-pressure situations and articulate ideas clearly to stakeholders.
Ability to analyze, rationalize, and evaluate while being aware of personal bias and outlying factors.
Ability to clearly identify and articulate a problem, as well as convey the solution.
Passionate to identify opportunities for improvement, to develop a plan of action, and to contribute toward implementing changes.
