Call Center Sales
Our Call Center Sales teams leverage a deep understanding of Spectrum’s exceptional suite of products and services to win over new customers and ensure existing customers remain satisfied with their choice. No matter your background, we’ll help you develop the skills you need to grow with us.
Call Center Sales – Small and Medium Sized Business
In Call Center Sales – SMB, Representatives create positive customer experiences to generate sales. They learn how to field customer inquiries and effectively promote Spectrum’s wide variety of business-specific products and services, reaching customers around the country, all from a comfortable modern call center.
Call Center Sales – Retention Representatives learn the art of active listening to mitigate customer concerns. They engage callers with empathy and generate sales by reinforcing the range and power of Spectrum products, providing exceptional service by promoting campaigns and value-added savings plans.
Call Center Sales – Retention Small and Medium Sized Business
In Call Center Sales Retention – SMB, Representatives engage decision-makers at small and medium-sized businesses to reinforce the power of Spectrum’s unique range of business-specific products and services. As diplomatic specialists, they appeal to SMB customers with data and tact, promoting customized telecom solutions for each customer’s unique position.
Call Center Sales – Outbound Telemarketing Representatives apply the sales skills and product knowledge developed in our fully paid training program to sell our services to a wide range of residential and business customers. They promote TV, Internet, Video, Voice, and Mobile packages to new customers, and connect existing customers with new services to get them the best value for their investment in Spectrum.
Pick up where our website leaves off. Talk or chat with customers who need help while placing an order online. Our Digital Sales Channel Agents paint a holistic picture to close deals that include all of our services.
