About the position

As a Spectrum Field Technician, you're the face of Spectrum's products and services. In this entry level role, we will equip you with the proper training that will allow you to excel. Under supervision, your daily interactions will be customer facing. You will install and repair services for our customers and educate them on proper use of their Spectrum services and equipment. You will preform basic installations, disconnects, reconnects, downgrades, and upgrades for residential customers. All while providing great customer service.
